We have this very industrial table and chairs set available.

With 4 'X' back chairs in metal with a metal seat and wood frame and back these very industrial.

The table sits on wood blocks with cast metal legs and an aluminium style top.

Very cool and different.

We are aging this roughly 10 years old.

Please note one chair has a bit of a twist in the back as shown in a picture from how it's been made.

We love what we do

The restoration on every item is huge.

This box was bought in gloss paint and the restoration goes as follows....

1, We strip the box in an acid bath called caustic soda that removes all the paint.

The acid bath is hot so it gives a nice colour once stripped. A cold bath is no good and makes the pine go very grey.

The temperature is very important depending on the items paint, varnish or stain... Two hot and it cooks it and drawers would fall apart and twist the pine... Too cold and it won't remove the paint and go grey .. medium temperature is just perfect.

2, The item is then pressure washed to remove the acid and excess caustic.

3, Then all items are naturally air dried on breezy warm sunny days. This can't be rushed as if it is or dried using false heat from heaters the item will not shine once waxed and caustic white residue appears through the wax once it arrives in a centrally heated home.

4, All wood work is completed, reattach any beadings, plinths, piece a missing section from old pine or remake a bit of a drawer runner. This box needed no woodwork.

5, The item is then sanded in 120 or 150 grit sandpaper till nice and smooth.

The unit won't sand if it is not completely dry or the wood will not go smooth.

We don't over sand as this will remove the nice Victorian colour from the stripping.

6, Everything is then covered with lots white vinegar that naturalizes any remainder or caustic soda acid.

7, Air dried again after the white vinegar.

8, A light hand sand / pad off.

9, Then the items are ready for waxing.

This is done by hand using Briwax medium brown p7. Depending on the shade more coast can be added if required.

Not every item is a 5 minute job and can take a while to get the best restored Victorian pine items to sell.

We have over 70 boxes stripped and air drying and new ones getting finished each week. With chest of drawers, benches, linen presses and more always in a rotation of restoration we might just have the item you've always been looking for.

This stunning handmade table with extension leaf is going to its new home this evening.

It's finished with 90mm turned Farmhouse legs and square edged top.

The legs are painted in sulking room pink.

We make these tables any size you like.

This one measures 2400 x 1000 and has a 450mm extension leaf.

This beautiful handmade table and set of six chairs is heading for its new home next week down in London.

The table has 2 extension leaves for when more space is needed.

The table is on 4" turned legs and has a pine scrub top with curved corners and edges.

All hand painted in Farrow and ball Lulworth Blue.

The table and chairs are getting delivered by The Bespoke Carrier Company next weekend to London. These will be professionally delivered and the legs attached in the customers home.

Delivery is available all over England, Scotland and Wales....

This beautiful handmade table at 5'6" long x 31" wide sits on 4" turned detachable legs.

It also has 2 x extension leaves that slide into each end if more seats are required.

This one also has a bespoke bench made with 3" turned legs and all finished in Farrow and Ball's Nancy's Blushes.

The tops have been left natural and just stained down in colour.

We can make tables to any size and style.

We have available these lovely modern shaker look kitchen island units.

The one shown is painted in Farrow and Ball's De Nimes with waxed lower slatted shelves and measuring 1200 x 600 and 900 high

These are available in any colour with the slatted wood base and drawers.

The pine tops are left natrual so good for everyday use and for cleaning a bit of spray kitchen detergent with warm water its easy to look after.
