nice size butchers block on painted frame with shelf

We have available this very nice usable butchers block.
In a rare size of 620 mm deep x only 925 long it’s superb for a smaller kitchen or gap.

This stands slightly lower than kitchen worktop height at just 820 mm

The base has a useful shelf and is all painted and lightly distressed in Salon Drab No 290 by Farrow & Ball.

The last few pictures show the restoration of the block. We had to add hardwood end grain in certain areas to fill old opened up gaps.

The block is then heavily sanded smooth, bleached and washed.

Now it’s available to be used daily for every day food preparation.

Just gorgeous and ideal for your farmhouse kitchen.
