Delivery by Pond Cottage
We charge £1 per mile one way after the first 20miles,. So for you to work out delivery cost, please go to The AA route planner and add our our postcode (YO61 1NG), and add your postcode. This will give you the mileage, and then please subtract 20, as the first 20miles are free.
Example – YO61 1NG to OX1 1BT (Oxford) is 195 miles, take away 20 to get 175mi. So delivery is £175 for us to deliver your furniture.
Delivery by a third party
You are more than welcome to arrange the collection of purchased items from us using your own choice of courier. You can find companies online and removal firms that offer a pickup and drop off service.
Delivery via Palletline
We can send furniture on a pallet for £65* including VAT. Once your item arrives on a kerbside delivery, you have to unwrap, and dispose of the pallet and wrapping. the item you pick must fit on a pallet measuring 1200mm x 1000mm 1600mm high

Collection by you the Customer
Collection can be made by yourself in person, and we can assist in loading the item at our warehouse. If collecting, please bring suitable blankets and wrappings to protect the items during transit.
