We love what we doThis stunning solid pine scotch chest arrived with us this week after its trip down from Inverness.
This handsome big chest is still in its original scumble paint finish of faux feathered mahogany.
This had one piece of side skirting plinth missing. We have made and neatly painted a matching replacement piece which blends in beautifully.
With every restoration slightly different on every item we definitely love our job.
This chest is in very good order and the Paint is superb so it’s not getting stripped and is now looking for its next forever home.
Superb storage and it still retains its original feet and handles.
A ‘RARE’ item as good as this for size, condition and stance.
The patina is unrepeatable.
