Mid 19th century Chinese Elm chopping table sold
This is just beautiful and had lots of fantastic character and patina and dating approx 1855.
These serve beautiful as console tables and original this will have been a workers table in the markets ..hence the hardwood elm construction.
Made from Elm this hardwood top and frame stands on elegant straight legs and is definitely a talking point in any home.
