PAINTED BLUE VICTORIAN BLANKET BEDDING BOX
£265.00
A lovely Victorian pine storage box, dating from the 19th century and full of character. It has been finished in a soft pale grey / blue paint, with gently distressed detailing allowing glimpses of the original finish to show through, giving it a lovely aged appearance.
The hinged lid opens to reveal a good-sized storage compartment, complete with large candle tray. The box also retains its attractive metal carrying handles to either end and has lovely moulded detailing around the base and lid.
A really useful and versatile piece, ideal as a blanket box, toy chest or for general household storage. Equally suited to a traditional country home or a more contemporary interior.
